MOBIL is “the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company.” For my logo animation, I wanted to focus on its gas station chain through the use of a fuel gauge. It shows as empty and as it starts to fill up with a red bar, it quickly transforms into the iconic red “o” of the logo.

Are you ready to play smart? The North Carolina Education Lottery's "Play Smart" resource empowers lottery players to make informed choices by understanding the games, odds, smart money management, and more! Scholar was entrusted with refreshing the "Play Smart" brand with a punchy, clean style, charming animations and characters that represent the diverse range of North Carolina players.
The campaign included creating a 30-second broadcast spot that encapsulates the brand's style, along with three 90-second information animations that clearly define various aspects of the game while keeping players engaged. Our design system was also deployed as a wider re-brand, enhancing the overall gaming "Play Smart" experience.
